The City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the City, responsible to the City Commission for the administration of City affairs placed in the City Manager's charge under the charter, including the direction and administration of all departments of the City; preparation and submittal of the annual operating budget and Capital Improvements Program (CIP); formulation and presentation of policy proposals; implementation of policies; and preparation of special projects and reports requested by the City.
